Ethiopians will fill the river in 5 to 7 years and then they will utilize the water for all their Agriculture and industrial purpose, develop their country and get rid-of poverty/terrorism etc.

Hope remaining African countries also wake-up and BUILT dams and store water after that like Ethiopia.

One of the very few, sane, well-informed and non-judgmental posts I've read here in a while.
The Israelis would use something like this as an existential threat which in many ways, it really is and wouldn't be apologetic about its actions one bit. In turn, it would get all the worldly support it would need because it's Israel.

I doubt Egypt would be afforded any of that luxury if it decides on a military solution because it will have to punch a lot more than just the dam in order to make a successful attack. The best time to hit it anyway IMO will be when it's practically full and has all that hydrostatic pressure against it, where a series of hits and cracks will just snowball from the pressure. lol, on paper, the nasr lake reserve's could last us for 4 months. if you include the underground water sources we have, we could last for about a year, without the nile, and if shit hits rock bottom we can strike the dam.
but keep in mind, Ethopia's plan, is to make the dam strong enough to withstand strikes.
so thats why they keep stalling the negotiations, to build the dam up, at the sametime. the longer they wait. the stronger Egypt get. because of the amount of arms deal egypt has done.
