well its their ego, they got kicked from EU so they try to behave like they have some dignity, infront of europeans imagine how will they talk? a european will come to their face and himiliate them like no other

no two opinions that we are not in better position but you guys are a much bigger pawn here, atleast we dont wag our tail and move into afghanistan because our master told us to

They didn't get kicked from EU, Turkiye was never apart of EU, but currently their EU membership is pending. Though some European countries would prefer a special partnership between EU and Turkiye and not full-membership.

What are you talking about? Turkiye is the world's 18th largest economy and is now a $1.3 trillion dollar economy. They're GDP nominal is higher than that of many European countries.

@farag
90 years ago you've chosen British colonialism against Turkish rule and investment, it isn't Turks' fault that Arabian countries became a game zone of imperial powers. This is what you get.

It's not me, it's you who made it so. Invading a little Arab country is a profitable energy investment for anybody :) cruel world dude

Yes there is potential, if Turkey decides to join Asia and leave EU behind.
We can multitask :)

There are lunatics everywhere, I couldn't care less for this kid. But Pakistanis aren't Iranians, they are our great friends. Coming from one of them makes me a little sensitive i guess.

There are issues in Iraq, Syria and Palestine. Iraq and Palestine have been hell to invaders supported by the west. On the other side, Turks in China and middle Asia and Iran have been occupied and oppressed for centuries and what Turkey did to help them?. Go help your brothers first LegionnairE.

Remember this flag?

USSR is no more, we are making all hi-tech products of the Turkish defence industry available for other Turkic countries. One step at a time.
Remember this flag?
Was that supposed to provoke me?

I had no idea that USSR was this frightful, to the degree you couldn't just rise your voice in moral support for your own brothers....

Is that supposed to provoke me?
Exactly... It's just a reminder.

geographically Turkey is tooo important. for example: our ACC has more than 1 year delay because of Turkey controlled Bosphorus.
every major power in the world want to have good relation with turkey.

Couldn't raise our voice for what? Rest assured, we have contributed a lot to the USSR's disappearance. Maybe we could do more for Chechens, just maybe. But now it's a different world.

To be honest your country's fate looks dark to me. Either another revolution or theocracy (which means you will probably be isolated) not the best conditions for a comeback. And frankly what comeback? Do you mean the Nasser-period where you got kicked your as.s by the Israelis and lost Sinai?

Egypt has been through much worse conditions but they never got weakened. When Egypt was broke after 1967, GCC, Algeria, Iraq, and Libya financed their armament and economy. They are receiving tens of billions in aids and investments as for now, yet who would help Turkey if went through such conditions?

Talking of the defeat in 1967... would you like me to list Turkish defeats in 20th century?

Well, to be honest, it was Egypt (and Syria) that kept Turkey out of Middle East politics for half of the 20th century. Egypt was the key country of Middle East and it still is to some point as it has sentimental value for Arabs but it lost its power to GCC and mainly Saudi Arabia.

Money, money and money. :D

They teach you in school that Turkey is covered by water from three sides and by enemies from four sides. Don't add one more. A big one. Whatever happens Egypt will be strong. I know hyena has smelled blood and wants to exploit. I knew everything you are gonna comment about.
