My Brother from another Mother, they are learning quran, hadith, logic over there, the problem is the induction of new subjects like chemistry, physics, maths and computers in there education.
99% of the terrorists are illitrate about Islam.

Your logic is old news. I personally am lost as I used to think the same, that majority of terrorists are "illiterate and deprived of opportunity". Is that true? The Time Square bomber was a Financial Analyst in NYC. One of the really good careers you'd want to have if you want to work in NYC. You could make millions long term!!
This lady who just went on one of the most brutal killing sprees in the US, was educated as a Pharmacist!!! Pharmacists make around 90K+ a year in the US. So if she and her husband worked, they'd be earning over $ 160 K per year. That's getting into the top 20% of American population!!!!!
I can write more. But the above two examples, show you that the Salaries and $$$$ have nothing to do with terrorism.
So the next natural question is, what can be done? Here's what I've come up with:
1) Shut down all Wahabi / KSA sponsored $$$$ going across the globe, helping Mosques to go beyond their scope (prayers, teaching of a peaceful version of the religion, to becoming terrorist training camps).
2) Countries such as Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, and even in the US and UK, need to regulate Imaams and other religious leaders with an educational criteria. That means in addition to just the religious education, you must have a degree from a regular educational institute, and preferably some rotation to other countries or some "internships" with different businesses or educational institutes, so you have exposure to the real world.
3) Each mosque should have a selection committee where the prospects (Imaams), can be interviewed and the right candidate is picked. This process will make sure that the candidates will have to compete for this job. And it'll create competition. Each applicant will know that a part of their role is going to be about education and experience outside of the Islamic content, which will push them for more knowledge about other religions, people, resulting in making their views milder and more inline with the year 2015.
4) A 10 year background check, and if there is ANY affiliation found with ISIS like, or Taliban like fractions, you kick them out.
These leaders will be teaching and leading Muslims in their respective mosques, etc for many years. So the Muslim countries and communities across the globe have to make sure that they pick the right candidate that fit the right profile. I don't think there is anything wrong with being a Muslim, Christian, Hindu or Jewish, everyone has a right to pick the faith they think is best for them.
But the problem is when "A" faith (in this case, Islam unfortunately), is either taught or forced upon others, resulting in innocents to get killed like California incident. THAT is un-fukking-acceptable, I don't care what someone says.
No religion tells you to kill civilians and elderly. So if there are wrong versions of Islam being taught, you need to replace these idiot teachers and their finances, and put a better religious educational system in place.

The teachings of real Islam should continue. But the teaching influence, financing of Wahhabism and such cults should be finished off.
Islamic nations and Madrasas should also think about the reality and start including moderate education methods including mathematics, algebra,geometry, science (physics, chemistry, biology), community civic studies.
Become more TOLERANT and let girls study, women get empowerment. If girls and women get educated and empowered, it has positive affect on children, house matters as well.
Its long time due and i sincerely hope Muslim nations and Mullahs should accept the dark reality due to beliefs of some people in their religion is giving whole religion bad name.
I agree with your post 100% and I am saying the same thing on and on again about "reforms" in how Islam is taught.
However, I'd like to add another thing for India to focus on too. That is, to allow other religions that are Non-Hindu to eat beef and live the way they need to. Believe it or not, the Religious Intolerance in India is at the highest too. So what do you have to explain to us about curbing it down?
