The electorate is vast and needs outreach. Advertise on all platforms and to all strata of society may lead to an increase in percent of the electorate captured. PTI in particular needs to reach out to liberal leaning Pakistanis, which this YouTuber may have amongst her viewers.

PTI also needs a YouTube analysis wing to study how to market to these smaller YouTubers with viewers outside of traditional PTI supporter base. From this data they can go on these small channels, making them feel their representatives are approachable and this struggle for democracy has a place for them.

In the US, politicians would try to shake as many hands as possible, even going door to door themselves. This is the modern equivalent.
