Yes but in many ways they are not ready to be eased into the rest of the country ! I think we should be mindful of that & be very careful in whatever steps we may take in addressing this issue. They are a fiercely independent people who are no doubt loyal to Pakistan but they at the same time have their own way of going about things, a way we may not agree with but we, must nonetheless, respect it. We must learn to read when to press them & when to give them leeway otherwise any callous action on our part could lead to terrible ruin.

And I agree, but this is the 21st Century - I am sure we can reach a happy compromise - remember these people also now live in every part of Pakistan, and do it quite successfully, so the same argument can be made about FATA.

My Chachu was picked up by special branch couple years back because my chahchu friend was having an affair with DIG daughter and when things turned ugly he caught in the web too. Umar Virk helped him in his recovery and he was returned to home after 24 hours. the villagers may get terrorized by the strong ones from their own village who are part of TTP, but the tribal boys do volunteer to pick up arms against the Pak military because of the narrative that Pakistan army is a mercenary army working on behalf of the Americans and that the militants pay well as compared to Pak Army.

frist thing hve to be done is, to ceate a balance of power by fighting these animals called TALIBANS, then when the tribes come out of fear make them responsible & trainned (equip)them for thier own safty!

There are many who say that our criticism of higher Judiciary and SC is baseless and that courts need proofs to hang the terrorists. Our question to them is what have SC done where proof has been given and SC itself have acknowledged that terrorism, corruption and violation of Constitution has taken place ?????

1. SC itself confirms that Memo is a reality. Treason has been done. What has SC done about it ?????

2. SC itself confirms that Baluchistan govt has collapsed under massive violence and corruption. What has SC done about it?

3. SC itself says all political parties are involved in terrorism in Karachi. Everyday dozens die there. What has SC done about it???

4. Why is SC NOT taking cases against Media when we have presented hundreds of pages of proof ?????

5. There are hundreds of cases where terrorists have confessed to terrorism and bombings. They have been caught with suicdie jackets and explosives. They are being caught everyday. Just follow the news and you will see. Still, Courts say there are no proofs ?????? Not a single terrorist hanged in 12 years in times of war. Is this forgivable ??????

6. CJ says that in Asghar Khan case, money should be recovered with INTEREST, which is haram totally. SC is giving order that Bank Interest and Riba should be taken. Is this NOT violation of constitution which says no law or order can be passed in violation to Quran and Sunnah ????

Those who say that SC needs proof to act or that SC is doing great service should answer this please or shut up!!! There is a reason why all the Aulia Allah are doing Bad-dua for the CJ now. He will know on the day of judgement when he will not be a CJ.

Pakistan is being destroyed in the bloodiest war of its history but the Chief Justice still does not believe that Pakistan is in a state of war. Now every writer is accepting that 4thGW is being waged against Pakistan and that Indians are waiting on the East to attack under the Cold Start. We have been saying this for the last 5 years and now finally even the blind have started to see.

Supreme Court is not accepting our petitions against traitor media which is waging an information war against Pakistan, Pak army and ISI. Our petition against SAFMA is still pending. Our petition against Geo, Najam Sethi and Hamid Mir is getting hearings but still notices are not being issued. We are spending all our arguments to make the SC understand that they need to control the media war against Pakistan. Even a child can see the dirty role of media but the CJ cannot understand.
