Think it may say lower than the true figure with the drug and alcohol abuse in Punjab i think 20 per cent may be true figure . Its getting better more education i remember in the eighties we would sleep on our home roofs .We would here domestic violence at people's homes sometimes if possible me and my brothers would watch

Honestly there should be no room for domestic violence in societies, it does so much damage to children. It is accepted that children who are exposed to domestic abuse or violence or face DV/DA in their households and family units suffer from adverse child experiences (ACE) which impacts their abilities to form relationships, function in society, attain self-fulfilling lives and tend to end up as domestic violence perpetrators or victims in adult life as they feel it is (normal).

This shit needs to stop.
