On topic...no you are plain wrong Baloch! Kashmir belongs to Delhi as much as Delhi belongs to Kashmir and some Balochi living somewhere in mountains is not qualified to say anything on Kashmir, when many Baluchistanis are themselves feeling that they are under Pakistani occupation.

If you ask me India too has its selfish reasons for not letting kashmir slip out of its hand. Unfortunately, kashmiris do not hold any value in the grand scheme of things of India or Pakistan. If they cared about Kashmiris then Pakistan would not have supported non-state actors or Indian govt would have not sat idle when hundreds of kashmiri pandits were fleeing the state to save their lives.
But kashmir matters!
And the rivers matter!

Kashmiris matter on Kashmir. Just as Maharashtrians or Manipuris or Keralites do.

Pakistanis like to single out Kashmir & chose not to mention Jammu & Laddakh both regions form part of what Hari Singh signed to India not to forget GB as well.

How can they claim & want only Kashmir & not Jammu ?

This is why I said that the conflict is much larger than just the strategic importance of territorial Kashmir. Now that we have pretty much laid to rest the bogey the concern for the Kashmiri.
