Most scholars agree verbal talak is not valid divorce its more of a badmashi and flaw in implementation of existing laws if its violated which btw is a totally different ball game which has more to do with feudal nature of our society where mighty always trumps over the weak

I mentioned that "people have added" laws into Sharia which are unislamic, then i mentioned the said laws and if you ask i can bring verses from the Quran or Hadith which show that they aren't a part of Islam. I've done lot of research on Sharia Law which shows the huge amount of fabricated stuff. I love Islam and this is why i hate how people have added unislamic stuff into Sharia for their own personal gains.

This discussion would be civil if they actually address the issue by bringing in verses or hadiths or proper reasoning as to why they may or may not be Islamic. Yet, all they are doing is personal attacks against me by calling me an Indian while i am a Pakistani, which resolves nothing but make them look dumb. He might be a good intelligent guy but i don't see that.

Now i am an opponent of 295C in Pakistan but i know what it is and what are its drawbacks

Pakistan uses part of Sharia along with other countries, in its constitution, but its not 100% Sharia law which is practiced by full sharia based countries like KSA, Dubai, Iran/Iraq etc. That 100% sharia law has this extra unislamic stuff, including stoning etc. That is something i have a problem with, especially when a poll conducted showed that 70-80% of Pakistani people want the country to have 100% Sharia.

Not to mention just that but they have added this concept into Sharia that even if something isn't part of the Sharia told to us by the Prophet or God. The higher ups can still add stuff into it by the majority vote. What do you think would be added if we have an extremist party or just a terrible small sect within the Sunni sect. Worse part of all of this is that they use or make fabricated Hadiths to justify them all. e.g. justifying stoning saying the Prophet did write a verse about stoning but a sheep ate it. Which is not only a huge sin to say but also pathetic.
