And saying that Saminah must do "halala" to get back with her "ex" husband

I am not insulting "your" people if "your" people are an insult to this planet. Take the criticism or properly say why am i wrong. Calling me Indian when i'm not making you look dumb. and even IF I was an Indian I am not wrong when I say that this stuff happens in Pakistan, or that Sharia laws of today are unislamic. I even pointed out which laws. Pakistanis have this mentality of blaming others because their heads are way up the sky to be able to admit that they themselves have faults. My statement of "freedom of choice" was also true because as someone who wore shorts in KSA, wearing jeans in Pakistan got me, at the time a 10 year old kid, a slut, shows how pathetic people here are.

There are two aspects to this:

1. Does the wife get divorced by the act of giving three talaqs? Answer: yes.

2. Is it something commendable? No. It is actually frowned upon to divorce one's wife in this manner.

Load of bs? So are you telling me that in Sharia, women aren't stoned for premartial inter-course or cheating on husbands? in Sharia Husbands can't beat up their wives? In sharia, homo-sexuals aren't killed? In Sharia, transgenders arent disowned? In Sharia honor killing isn't allowed? Sharia doesn't say that women in case or R-ape don't have to produce 4 witnesses? Men aren't allowed to have non consentual inter-course with their slave or servant women?

I said this before, NONE of this is part of Islam BUT all of this is part of current Sharia law. saying "load of bs" doesn't explain or answer anything.
