Its a vicious cycle.
To counter India, pak army needs resources. Pak economy is weak. Then army tries to gather resources on her own. And then starts corruption. This corruption gives further free hand to corrupt politicians and bereaucracy. Corruption by bureaucracy and politicians makes Pakistans economy evem more weak.
And this cycle continues. So as a first step, correct pakistans politicians and bereaucracy and then correct armies steps.

They hold the PC , it seems after IK's annoucing the Long March, the gloves are off.
After trying to attack IK for long, now they have come forward to attack him openly.
Make no mistake, this is an effort to attack IK and level serious accusations of "treason" against him.
I think the civilian government would now move in and register cases of treason against IK and arrest him on charges of treason before the long march.
They are seriously worried after getting exposed.
