What's new

Democracy never flourished in Pakistan because rulers were hand-picked in past: PM

IK is very likely the most popular political personality in Pakistan, I can't deny that.

BUT to become PM, he was hand picked and had a helping hand - the same thing he seems to be criticising.

You don't have to handpick someone who already is 'the most popular'...
You just have to make sure that the system is not hijacked by the crooked ones
And that exactly is what the 'invisble hand' did....

victory! (used as an expression of praise or support, especially in political slogans).
"‘Jai Jawan!’"

IK is not the PM of India

Promises are cheap to make, but hard to keep.

Agreed.
Let's see if IK is able to keep his promises

Nope. The hidden hand also made sure that electives (at MPA and MNA level) just fell into PTIs laps and that the system be hijacked to ensure that the vote count favours their ladla's party.

IK may have been the most popular political figure, but he wouldn't have won as many seats as he did without the not-so-hidden help.

Mere allegations that are highly unsubstantiated and totally political

So no proof but an admission nonetheless. :D

(There is simply no legal provision to manipulate the system in this manner. None whatsoever. This is treason by another name, despite claiming all sorts of patriotic justifications. Pakistan's road to hell is of course paved with such good intentions.)

Well, when I said this:

He is trying for sure. What he delivers remains to be seen.

This brilliant rejoinder of whataboutery came from a TuTA:

Is that not always. Or are things differant in USA? That when you try you always 'deliver'? The trut is what your implying is "try as much as he might but nah, he ain't goona deliver'.

Why must you always piss in the water fountain?

Are you pissing in his water fountain too? :D

Yeah, ISI and PA apparently sent the people to his Lahore jalsa. All present were ex army and serving officers and their families there and the footage was edited at ISI HQ before broadcast to the world.

I was dropped off on Kashmir Highway by army arranged bus (or was I paid for petrol to drive my car - hmmm) so that I could march to the D Chowk alongside the container.

Trump was president in Simpsons cartoon years before any sign of his political ambitions surfaced. If anyone was handpicked, it was that fat orange duck!

And here we have an US national Indian w*nker (VCheng) discussing selection without an iota of proof. Mr Know It All drunkard has been let loose on the forum again to throw up everywhere.

The Election Commission of Pakistan had requisitioned soldiers of Pakistan Armed Forces under Article 220 and 245 of the Constitution to assist them in free, fair and transparent conduct of the elections 2018.

Of course. Just as the Supreme Court suddenly delivered swift justice to remove the previous PM, by the force of law. Of course. :D

Were you in that video getting your lafafa? :D
