WRONG. The fuze of the AMRAAM went off, and that can only happen if it hits an aerial target. And the IAF was stupid enough to present that to the media, utter incompetence.

The Mi-17 was not a SAR mission but was coming back from Kupwara after a regular logistics sorties.

Flying a logistic mission when the border is hot, and both Air Forces are engaging each other. Goodness me, the base commander should have been sacked for this incompetence.

This is a great post. All Pakistani participants should give their thanks to @Jaskier , he is doing a magnificent job by admitting that SU 30s were shit scared from F 16s and ran from the battlefield on 27th Feb 2019.
