Debunking India's Military supremacy claims

Also Pakistan navy is hilariously weak.

Half of their frigates are 40 years old.:lol:

Also recent CIA asesment showed for China a 4000 km range missile is sufficient for India.
The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in the partially declassified top secret intelligence assessment dated June 1, 1990, on the “Ballistic Missiles in India and Pakistan” said: “We see little benefit to India of developing ICBM-class (more than 5,500 km range) missile. A missile with considerable less range would be able to strike any target in China.”

.
MIRV capability for India may still be many years away due to combination of reasons,most importantly no demonstrated capability of having warheads of appropriate size.
India's most advanced missile the Agni-5 carries a warhead 3 meters long and more than a meter wide. Too big for MIRV.
Picture shows a visual analysis of India's upcoming most advanced Missile the K-4.
Visual analysis cleanly demonstrates the missile is too narrow for carrying multiple warheads of strategic blast yield,as there is no point in firing small warheads of below 10 kiloton yield on your enemy as the response from the other side will be massive and of strategic bang.
At best K-4 will carry the Agni-5 warhead to 3500 Km range which itself is a technological leap for India when comparing the sizes and weights of A-5 and K-4.

More capability for Pakistan is also years away as Pakistan does not even have tech to launch multiple satellites.

@شاھین میزایل Nicely researched points dear..Bravo for the effort..keep it coming..:yahoo:

@Praise Kek .. Dear there is no need to embarrass yourself:disagree:.. rather you should try to contribute positively by refuting the claims put forward by Shaheen .. Saying "no you don't have tech we have it" won't make it true.. Please refrain from trolling unnecessarily .. Try reasoning ..we might learn something from you..

The current military build up is for china not for Pakistan.

India to Deploy Massive Tank Army Along Border With Pakistan
Trying to be cool..Buhahahaha:rofl::rofl:

Well Pakistan not having it is the reality.

Ababeel and Shaheen-3 still have fins like 1950s Scud.

India's K-15 SLBM is the only one in the world with fins.

Claims of Indian Agni-V range being 8000 km are based on a single comment made by a Chinese professor to western news media in 2012, just after first ever test of Agni-5.
The professor is a known military analyst from PLA, bur also known for making factually wrong assumptions and predictions based on that.
His commentary about Agni-5 range should be taken with a pinch of salt, not as fact.

In your "Research" of these "(miss) infografics", you must have come across something called depressed trajectory. I think you must have taken that word too literally and thought that it referred to a trajectory that upon being rejected by love of his life had given up on life. If you have, then sorry our "Trajectory" is happy with his better half. If not, then you should probably know what it means. Those other SCLM portrayed are pure Balistic missiles. They may only have to deal with atmosphere for a very short duration after being launched hence no real need for fins, gimbled exhaust vanes can deal with the roll. But K-15 never leave the atmosphere, it is actually need fins bcoz it can use them. Plus it is developmental trials wait for it to be inducted then release these "Infographics"

Your whole argument revolves around Depressed trajectory which isn't unique to Indian missiles or India.
A trident Missile can fly a depressed trajectory of just 60 Km apogee and still dispense the MIRV payload albeit at reduced range of less than 2000 Km.
But a trident never had fins.
Figure out why and then we can talk.

Since he is a professor and you are a nobody his comments have a million times more values
Worry about you ababeel and shaheen-3 which still carry fins like 50s era scuds:lol:
His was a comment and assessment just after first test launch of Agni without knowing much data in 2012.
So doesn't count as official statement or not even analysis,just a wild guess.

Really India is so weak after reading all the posts ...... I have just one question than for what Pakistan is waiting .....attack and take Kashmir which is very very important for Pakistan and muslims in Kashmir are facing the harassment and Genoicide :D ......

India's Agni-5 uses exactly the same first stage and probably the same second stage as Agni-3.
In fact Agni-5 is a botched up Agni-3 in which and extra stage has been crammed in the top triangular warhead area.
It should have been called Agni-3A not Agni-5.

This thread will consist of the infographics i have been posting in different corners of the Internet .
Readers are free to support with further proof or deny with logical comments.
On my part i have done enough research to create these infographics and i am pretty sure what i am saying.
It may be worth mentioning that none of us are Missile or Nuclear scientists or DRDO / NESCOM insiders. That type of Qualifications are not required to comment on a public INTERNET forum and all are welcome to discuss.
As the thread title shows,it's about debunking India's highly exaggerated claims of Military supremacy.

Debunking claims by speculating on parade-day photographs and low res launch shots - Seriously?

Before passing sweeping statements at least do some research and post some detailed technical data on:

- the specs of the Indian vehicles / military equipment in question [as well as the comparable Pakistani asset];
- the operating conditions and terrain;
- the tolerance / safety factor in that class;
- specs of comparable NATO / Russian vehicles;

Not really.

Here you can see the actual vehicle in an actual deployed weapon launch. Its the same Volvo truck.

Also here you can see the Nirbhay using M.A.N German truck.

India's "Blessed" missile

India is 4.1 times larger in area than Pakistan.
Indian air force is only 1.76 times larger in number than PAF.
So much for numerical supremacy.

Or we can look at it using this logic, PAF has to attack a country with a area of 3.1 million where as IAF has to attack a country with an area of a mere 0.86 million
