The Prophet Mohammed (Sallalaho Aliahe Wa Sallam) one day said to Hazrat Ali (Radhiallaho Ahno): Aye Ali ! do these five things before going to bed at night:

1. give 4000 dinaars in sadaqa and then sleep
2. read one complete Quran and then sleep
3. pay the price for jannat and then sleep
4. make two people happy with each other when they are upset and then sleep
5.. do one hajj and then sleep

Hadrat Ali (Radhiallaho Anho) said, ya Rasulallah! this looks impossible, how will i be able to do it? then the prophet(Sallalaho Aliahe Wa Sallam)replied:

4 times reading surah Fatiha is equals to four thousand dinaars giving in sadaqa.

3 times reading surah ikhlas (qul hu allahu ahad) is equals to one complete quran.

3 times reading any durood shareef (shortest: Sallalaho alaihe wassallam) is the price of jannat.

10 times astaghfirullah (or any istighfar) is equals to making two unhappy people happy with each other.

4 times third kalima is equals to one hajj.

after this Ali (radhiallao anho) said, ya rasulallah (sallalaho aliahe wasallam)! now i will do all these before going to bed.

My dear muslims, it takes less then 5 minutes for all the above zikr and look at the virtues for it.....who would not want to have all these virtues to be in their book of good deeds.
To remind oneself of it, the easiest way is to write down on a peice of paper all the above zikr to be done b4 going to sleep and stick that piece of paper just next to ur bed....and of course Allah is the one to remind.

it will be very nice of u if u could plz forward this to as many muslims as possible coz if anyone starts doing these good deeds, then there is no doubt tht u will also be rewarded for it. Inshallah.

Plz make dua that Allah guide us to the right path.....Jazakallah Khair.

Hadhrat Sahl Ibn Sa’ad (May Allah be Pleased with him) narrated that one day, the Holy Prophet (pbuh) came out. On this occasion, Hadhrat Abu Talha (May Allah be Pleased with him) came forward and said,

Ya RasoolAllah (pbuh) " May my parents be sacrificed for you. Signs of happiness are apparent on your blessed face today".

The Prophet (pbuh) said : "Certainly, Jibreel (Alaihis Salam) had just come to me and he said, ‘Oh Muhammad (pbuh)! Whoever recites Durood once on you; Allah Almighty will reward ten good deeds for him, will forgive ten of his sins and will raise him ten times in status".

Prophet Muhammad once said:

"It is unworthy of a Muslim to injure people's reputation; it is unworthy to curse anyone; it is unworthy to abuse anyone; and it is unworthy of a Muslim to talk vainly."

A lot of people do this in Pakistan. I am talking about backstabbing/slandering- so let's stay out of it!

Yes this is good... we can all learn lessons. Let's all contribute when we find something good to share that can apply to all of us.

Abu Huraira reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: When one of you looks at one who stands at a higher level than you in regard to wealth and physical structure he should also see one who stands at a lower level than you in regard to these things (in which he stands) at a hi-her level (as compared to him. (Muslim Book 42, Number 7068)

Abu Hurairah (MayAllah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Allahwill cover up on the Day of Resurrection the defects (faults) of theone who covers up the faults of the others in this world".[Muslim].

Another reason why we shouldn't talk badly about people behind their backs.
