An interceptor missile needs higher than the target missile for a successful intercept to take place..it is basic physic..a low speed interceptor can not manouver itself enough to adjust it course to match the manouvering of high speed target.

Not true. Infact the patriot is slower than the scud.
Speed does matter. But its not as if the interceptor fails completely if it is slower than the attacking cruise missile.
Several points:
- I didn't bring China because of inferiority complex but to make the point that Pakistan may be able to get access to interceptor technology. If Russia/India have the BrahMos, you can bet China is working on interceptor technology. Especially since the US claims the ESSM can do the job.
- All the BrahMos diving and manoeuvering would happen early on. It is irrelevant during the terminal stage, where interception would likely happen. The BrahMos prides itself on its huge kinetic energy punch (32x Tomahawk) so it's not going to be doing anything that detracts from the final KE punch during its terminal stage. It can't anyway because of its huge forward momentum by that time. The BrahMos will be coming in straight as an arrow, which makes the interceptor's job that much easier. Especially since the interceptor is passive and the BrahMos never knows about it.
Ships on the high seas wihout carrier don't have AWACS support. But again the high speed will favor Brahmos. You didn't tell us which IR guided passive missile you were talking about?- yes AWACS would help , but even 25 seconds is an eternity. We are talking about electronic response times, not manual firing.
Funny thing. Indians announce a service date for their weapons before they even design or build anything!
The sooner the "test date" the more funding is demanded.
Let's get back to reality folks. There is no Indian hypersonic anything. That article from the OP should have given you a clue when it suggested India is going to do something Russian has never done before.

From india's POV i understand that brahmos relies on very hard moves to reach the target and that too at mach 3
I agree to that as per the video claim
But Listening to what Sonhi Dhrti is explaining i agree that for brahmos to deliver a heavy kinetic punch at mach 3(as it claims) it should fly straight as an arrow in the terminal stages (this is where he argues that with an exceeding number of interceptors it might be possible to take it out)
Only if Brahmos was to reduce the probability of being intercepted , it would have to perfom very hard moves at mach 3 till the very last few seconds before impact that will eventually lead to bleeding of momentum thus reducing the kinetic punch it was supposed to impart on the target
