Then there are many much more abuses in India and pakistan which are far far far far from the decency of this forum. english has no such innovation as we have in hindi and urdu

I don't think it is racism but it is one kind of inhuman nature sadly in humans (i don't think no animal tends to vilify its own kind so it is debatable if this kind of behavior is animal but only humans are capable of this). What she is talking about is people i mean of the same race making fun of others for their darker skin, basically we are all Indians but there is this $hit hole called caste and then the differences of regions and religions so this along with that can be very provocative and demeaning.

I noticed the racism doesn't erupt in a vacuum; it is usually triggered by consistent attacks on China/Chinese, India(ns), Pakistan(is), Islam, etc, etc, etc.

There are some posters who have a clear agenda against any of these groups, so unless they stop posting their deliberately provocative and one-sided trolls, the racism will resurface.

At least we could enforce stricter controls so we don't have to deal with pages of excrement.

I see what you mean, it's something like class prejudice and regionalism.

There is a lot of that in China too, for example, people in rich cities like Shanghai and HK will sometimes look down on 外地人 (people from other parts of the country).

I personally think that it is completely stupid, but it does happen.

Its more with the guys with the fairer skin. See in india we have people with fairer skin as well as darker skin. In India there are racial, then there are religious abuses for both Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs.

Some times things go too too sick to even discuss with people.

Even within girls if you are in relationship with someone or going out with a guy next day you are labelled as a slut inside the college by the so called bandwagon of guys and gals who dont get one.

Bharat is an official name of India, even Indian constitution accepts that and in Urdu we always add an -i to describe a nationility like Pakistani, Afghani, Irani, Arabi, Bharati, Quami. Even our Urdu television news readers use these words. Afghanis also dont like it when Pakistanis call them Afghani instead of Afghan, but thats how the Urdu language is. An "i" in the end to describe nationalities.

I think a lot of those people you're talking about (the ones who constantly post bashing threads) have been banned recently.

They get banned in "waves". The reason it seems like it happens in waves, is most probably because it's the same people, who re-register under different user names.

See if a uniformed person uses it its ok but once informed you should realize that the correct pronounciation is Bhartiya. If we just go by the same league Pak i word will also become valid. If you are uniforme its fine and the way it is used over here it becomes abusive.

Pakistanis come in many different skin colors. I've met many good looking dark skin Pakistanis, but when I say dark I mean light brown not dark brown or black like you indians.

Even many African Americans I see walking here in New York are lighter than most of you dravadian indians
