German tanks = 403
Pakistani tanks = 3,500

German Air Force = 637 total ( 200 fighter jets )
Pakistani Air Force = 1008 ( 744 - 850 fighter ) air superiority jets

German intelligence = no. 8
Pakistani intelligence = ISI. No 1 ( go check yourself)

Special forces German = ranks 10 or 11
Pakistani forces ( SSG ) = no. 1 ( businessinsider.AU)

Towed artillery Germany = 0
Tower artillery Pakistan = 3967

Germany 21 century nuclear warheads = 0
Pakistan 21 century nuclear warheads = 100 - 200 ( capable of reaching anywhere in Europe with pin point accuracy ) ( pak defense. Pk)

Nuclear weapons means advantage Pakistan. But Germany always have better fighters (Eurofighter typhoon), better more modern infantry, Leaopard MBT ( naam hi kafi hei) , better submarine force. But main advantage lies with germans in defence manufacturing. Plus when you mess with the germans you mess with EU. When you mess with EU you mess with NATO, When you mess with NATO you mess with USA. Case closed.

Indian Defence Budget is 5 times greater than Pakistan,
And India only operates 3300 Tanks and 680 Fighters aircrafts

To say that Pakistan have 3500 MBTs and 800 Fighter Aircrafts is not just ridiculous, but down right Stupid
Indian Defence Budget is 5 times greater than Pakistan,
And India only operates 3300 Tanks and 680 Fighters aircrafts

And plan to degrade (numerically not on quality) to only 2750 tanks & Pakistan is buying 285 T-55 tanks from Serbia.

Actually if you talk about the Stats he have quoted you he is correct. His numbers are SLIGHTLY off mark but not that they are doubled!!
Talking about facts on paper, if there is a slight technological advantage in army (only very very slight that will be) it wont matter due to enormous numerical advantage of Pakistan. Same goes for air force however the difference in technology will be more compared to army. In navy however, we have almost NOTHING to show for.

Anyway, these are pointless debates and you should try getting into these arguments. The chap you have been discussing with, sure know the statistics and on paper you will just keep on arguing for as long as it takes as he have the numbers on his side of argument. The simple point is, we are not going to war so this is all a pointless debate.

However there is one positive lesson we can learn from this, despite the fact of Pakistan's numerical advantage, and technological comparison as i stated, we still are not comfortable assuming that Pakistan win win a war with Germany, the reason? this point tells us that it is not only the numbers or technology that matters, the economic situation, the industrial base, MOST importantly, your alliances with other nations who you can count on,, all these are the things that will determine the outcome.

I think you missed few words here and there. No problem.
I guess you mean to say PA or the matter of fact IA is sufficiently loaded to take on any army. Well Let me break this bubble. We SAians are no where even near to winning a war with German Army. For starters our MBTs dose not show a candle to Leaopard MBT. We may give a good fight but we will be fighting a lost cause.

Also to remind you, no one in this day and age no one just brings army or navy alone to the battlefield. They fight like a single force. Even if they have, on paper, weak army the co-ordinated attack by their forces (land air and sea) can leave a way bigger force with a bloody nose. And don't forget they are frigging Germans !!
