You have refused to tell me if your messenger and his wives had slaves. If the did not have any slaves, all you need to do is tell me that he did not have any slaves and neither did any of his wives had any salves. Its simple enough.

What if I told you companions of Messenger (Peace be upon him) were drinkers? Yes they used to drink but then after sometime when Quran forbade them they stopped. If you are intelligent you would understand that it (drinking) was according to the customs and norms of their society before Quran explicitly forbade them from drinking, now based on their old habit you can say Islam recommends drinking? Similarly slavery was common at that time ............. you made accusations without even searching for one name "Bilal (May ALLAH be pleased with him) and his status. Can you do a proper search on him and then tell all of us how Islam or Quran recommended Muslims to keep slaves?

Or search and read upon Zaid Bin Haris (May ALLAH be pleased with him) and what was his relation with Messenger (Peace be upon him) and see for yourself if Islam or Quran recommended Muslims to keep slaves.

Islam wasnt revealed in one lump sum.

It was gradually revealed over a period of time, intially it bought smaller changes to the lives of the new arab muslims snd over time the smaller changes in some cases turned out to be bans.

Slavery was a human concept, the arabs kept slaves. Intially islam tried to limit snd provide limits to slavery, once the muslims became more affirmed snd Prophet preached more stronger and stronger rules were bought in.

I ignored you because you wrongly quoted the verses. I told you to show some intelligence but no ......

The correct reference for first one is 24:31 and not 24:30 ..... this verse nowhere tells Muslims to keep slaves and translation is

"And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed."

The Arabic word for slave is شريحة you can see here now if you read the verse in Arabic you won't find شريحة mentioned there.

Now coming to 2:178 that verse is related how to deal with Murder cases (that's a whole separate discussion) and nowhere it says that Muslims should keep slaves.

If we wanted to be a theocratic nation then we would have become by now & who could have come our way at the time of partition when partition was itself being done on religious line. But reality is bitter buddy & atleast with hindsight wrt Pakistan falling for theocracy, it is reasonable easy to conclude that suicidal path was forced upon Pakistani to follow by its founding father....

Now we are absolutely on the right track & this was inevitable to right the wrongs of past....

India was more secular and couldn't become a theoretical state from the get go it had too many muslims, Christians and minorities

But Jinnah knew better and the indian population has slowly but surely become more and more fundamentalist

You now have cow piss being discussed in your national parliament

You have laws of one religious group being forced upon others

You have extremists who advocate rape of dead women being elected
