You are correct you can increase the other variables to over run our ABMs for sure. But we too have other variables.

Three years back my city of Chennai was suffering 2 hours load shedding but very little last year and absolutely nothing this year so far. We are a power surplus nation, we just added 30000 megawatts this year which is more than your entire installed power generation capacity.

With the advantage these type of progress is giving us we can improve our economy and easily increase the number of variables and their relative ratio. The relative ratio of weapons will be too overwhelming for Pakistan because our procurement will take into account the weapon capacity of China.

So our defence preparedness will be against China + 10 % of China so it is 1.1 China (assuming budget of Pakistan is 10% of China).

So if we can manage 1.1 China then we are well and safe against 0.1 China which is you.
