This is consecutive 7th year, he is doing this jamadar gets the chance to have a photo shot session in this area.. yet despite having funds of 4600 billion Rs in these 7 years, he has failed to solve one day's rain drainage.

secondly, by jamadar the point is simple, system/institutions should work, its not the CM's job to become jamadar.

I want the fucking institutions to work !

This is CCPO office in the first picture, its on Fatima Jinnah road, right opposite to Punjab Assembly, and 2 buildings away from CM House.. 1 day rain and the whole city turns into gutter !
