He could be biased against his son too( some people can become overjealous in guarding their honesty) and may give harsher punishment than he deserves.

He said this scandal has been specifically made to create friction between Army and Judiciary. He said you will notice about 6 months back all of a sudden issue was raised by media about missing persons in Balochistan and many anchors did programs on it especially Hamir Mir who did back to back shows on this issue.
Now instead of asking government to do their job, they targeted judiciary that they should look into it, they should provide justice bla bla and then CJ took up the case which put Army in hot waters.
So now their plan is to malign CJ that he should resign, he should not be part of judiciay so justice can be served bla bla and hoping that Army won't come for his support as they have already created differences between them.

I will say that this Jang group especially Hamid Mir is one of the biggest snake in Pakistan who has ulterior motives. I do not like this man one bit.

If you look into it, the videos and bribing have been goin on for two years, and two years back, only the government had an issue with CJ, not army, so government has more chance of being behind it.

You are a typical PeePeePee jiyala or Altaf chooran wala's fan. Terrorists have been let go because of poor investigation by police. You know how police works in our country don't you!? There are loopholes in our current law system and it is the parliament's job to close those loopholes or bring new legislation. Judiciary is only there to implement or interpret it. But nobody is bringing new legislation because your favourite politicians are busy doing corruption, saying zinda hai bhutto zinda hai, enjoying holidays abroad on public expense e.t.c.

Gathering evidence is not his job. It is the job of the police and all those agencies. Just like when the files were lost in the Asghar Khan case or some other one.

Laws need to be changed to cater to the terrorism needs, because under the current system people Like Maulana Abdul Aziz can go scotch free, i mean, how is evidence lacking against this guy???

For example most of the terrorists were or are nabbed by tracing their cell phones or by tapping their telephone. So when this crucial evidence is presented in Court, Court has no choice but to reject it because, In criminal panel code, there is not even a single law which cover scientific evidence as part of trial. So all scientific evidences are discarded and all terrorist walks free.

Now whose fault is it? To plug such gaps in law making? When Parliament can pass 18,19,20 amendment then why can not saviors of democracy can plug such piety gaps in constitution?

That's why most terrorists in Sawat and tribal areas will be persecuted in Army courts, Under Army law which cover such loopholes.
