He has distant himself from the proceedingsIs not there a conflict of interest. He should not sit on the bench and let other judges to decide.
He could be biased against his son too( some people can become overjealous in guarding their honesty) and may give harsher punishment than he deserves.
Fully agreed.
Hamid Mir was the first one to say without any proof or anything that the army is behind this.
If you look into it, the videos and bribing have been goin on for two years, and two years back, only the government had an issue with CJ, not army, so government has more chance of being behind it.
Dr shahid masood isn't wrong in his point there.
I agree with this theory
Afterall things cant be that straightforward

Another excellent program by Talat
Not a single terrorist has been convicted during the last three years by supreme court or any other court.
Worse - these terrorists get out again to restart their dirty work.
Why didn't CJ take suo moto on such dys-functionalities of legal system? What could be more important than hanging these terrorists?
Here, I don't see Army and courts on the same page. Judiciary has not been helpful to the Army in the most critical matters of National security. The rift is there and it's ever widening.

Gathering evidence is not his job. It is the job of the police and all those agencies. Just like when the files were lost in the Asghar Khan case or some other one.
Laws need to be changed to cater to the terrorism needs, because under the current system people Like Maulana Abdul Aziz can go scotch free, i mean, how is evidence lacking against this guy???
SO what do you think???
poster 108- 109- 110 again forgetting Malik Riaz !!
Malik Riaz has 42 cases in SC against him.
