I feel the different entities can enter into alliance and form government in that case that would be more pron to accountability than two hierarchy based political groups.

Madam, christians already play a huge role in kerala politics. Our influence in kerala politics is quite staggering to be honest. I do not think its right when a church issues supporting/condemning statements on political parties or policies.

Disagree. If you dont have any political strength, it is better to work and integrate with the main political parties and be represented by them. Kerala is a good example.

Kerla had been different and not mainly following native trends rooted in majority faith here so its a different case whereas the majority communities still lacking political strength are sidelined and stop from integrating by powerful religious political outfits

Lol jana, you have no idea about the political scene here. I can tell you that , the next Chief Minister of Kerala will be a Christian - if election results are going to be as per Kerala tradition.( next month election.)

Hindutva groups are quite arrogant and to be honest; scary. You see, i do not know what goes on in the neighbouring states and here in kerala no religious groups have ever managed to sway specific communities to motion. When i hear stories of hindutva sponsored terrorism in farflung states like bihar, UP etc...i pray it will never reach kerala. ever. Anyway, i have confidence that my people are much too preoccupied to ever bother.

even after these multi million dollar scams, CVC bizzare, image tarnished in CWG, joke with the widows of kargil martyrs, cash-for-vote. god know what else many indians like u want to open ur blinded eyes.

in cvc scam govt is technically wrong but mr.thomas is one of the honest civil servants of india..he is a victim of long (20 years or so ) judicial process which destroyed his career.
cwg scam man is under fire now.

in cash for vote scam issue i support bjp.

corruption & crime has been the part of our political system for long time. it's just that we are so used to live with it, politicians do take the advantage. now the time has changed. people are clever enough to understand the fact that they are taken for a ride & that;s why all this hue & cry. just take bihar for example. we used hear abduction cases every other day during lalu's regime. moment nitish kumar took over crime level came down & we hardly hear about abduction & extortion. instead development & economy. that's why he was re-elected with overwhelming majority. time has changed. if one govt is not doing a good job, throw them out. get a new one in. if they are the same, show then the door in next election. that's how they will learn that to remain in power they need to be good to people!!

exactly that should happen, indians have to rise against such things. but but but the sad part is with the passage of time all this hue & cry will just disappear. general ppl are fool & politicians take adv of this. they know very well that in last yr of governance launch big schemes & majority of voters will forget the past. unless until all voters are not well educated, this will continue.
