. .

hey.. don't say anything against lalu.. he is my favourite politician!! he can eat as much chara he wants & make as many ghotalas!:D

hindu religious parties are not feeling threatened they are feeling happy because this will make liberal hindus to lean towards saffron politics.christian priests does not realise this they are short sighted. i as a citizen of india does not want my region or any region to form political parties or involve in politics.
@metro i know what are saying but i am yet to see a perfect political party till then i prefer congress..i know congress not perfect.

even after these multi million dollar scams, CVC bizzare, image tarnished in CWG, joke with the widows of kargil martyrs, cash-for-vote. god know what else many indians like u want to open ur blinded eyes.

i feel formation of one such party would not change prospective of liberal Hindus.

India already have Hindu and Muslim outfits so i see Christian party is not going to cause any harm rather i see its going to create some balance if worked out in an organised manner

Except for Kerala , a few pockets in Tamil Nadu , Goa and North East, Christians are not a big political force in India. And all the places are secular to the core. So this party could do more harm than good.

They are not political force i know. Thats why a party is needed to organise their political force thats what the Church is going to do if it does it with will and determination

Well Jana I dont know about Tamil Nadu, but in Kerala Christians are happy in the current political scene. They are well placed and well represented in the 2 main political parties. So I believe this new Christian party will create zero impact in Kerala.

There are two different ways to look at it here a person is not a criminal until it is proven by court of law non of the charges against those mp were proven so they just remain chrges untill they are proven just my 2 cents

:) well not proving according to the blackcoat's law doesnt mean they are not corrupt or criminal thats who politicians are

And thats what that should not happen. then christians will vote for christians, muslims for muslims, hindus to hindus and our india will become what many congressi leaders like digvijay singh wanted..!

yes no immediate affect but i feel the mercenaries work slow and steady and if they work with determination i feel they can get a good political presence.

Disagree. If you dont have any political strength, it is better to work and integrate with the main political parties and be represented by them. Kerala is a good example.

My stand on this (even though i am a christian) is that religion should never come into politics. The moment it does, it can spell disaster. Political decisions sometimes (while unfortunate) need to be taken to safeguard collective interest and not taking ito considertion the moral implications, or effect to a particular community. This is why i hate the religious nutjobs in India, christian , hindu whatever... The moment religion comes into play, national interest goes out the window.
