exactly that should happen, indians have to rise against such things. but but but the sad part is with the passage of time all this hue & cry will just disappear. general ppl are fool & politicians take adv of this. they know very well that in last yr of governance launch big schemes & majority of voters will forget the past. unless until all voters are not well educated, this will continue.

u should also know that Shiv sena or bajrang dal has never won elections and till now has not governed any state or center..
and the same will happen to this christain party...

Please when you say general public....what percentage of the population are you talking about? I mean 35% of population is uneducated.....they are the vote bank that these banchood parties take aim at.....enticing them with money, gold, etc.

those 35% are the one who is getting cleverer! classic example is the state of bihar, one of the most backword, lawless & underdeveloped state of the country! state which was ravaged by poverty, crime, illiteracy etc only a few years ago is one of the fastest growing states in india in terms of economy! crime rate has nose dived!! people are starting to lead a better life. so.. not all is gloom & doom. things can be changed if people make up their mind. & people are going that way!

Dude I know all about Bihar......the reason it was in such a sad state of affairs was due to Gov't and Crooks...Laloo the Ladoo as I like to call him did nothing for the state except steal from it. CM Kumar is the main reason for the amazing turn around and the Bihari ppl are a resilient lot. I mean you cannot blame them for the backwardness. The law and order situation is what led to the general denigration of the state. Though Kumar is a BJP, he keeps his distance. I agree though seeing progress in Bihar is a good feeling especially for the folks of that state. From my memories, ppl from Bihar usually got singled out and bullied for being a Bihari.....payback is sweet revenge! lol

It is a good thing that there is a Christian Party in Tamilnadu.

Tamilnadu has become the fountainhead of Periyar politics and its stranglehold ever since the last Congress Govt was there in Tamilnadu decades ago.

There is a large number of Christians in Tamilnadu and most, if not all, of them are of the Periyar mould as is the DMK and the AIDMK.

Now, the periyarites will be spilt three way with this party coming in.

It opens up the way for the Congress to come into power!

A great political coup for the Congress think tanks to have engineered.

No, I didnt mean that. You are assuming too much.
You know who is preventing the religious nut jobs from snatching the power? its not Christians or Muslims, but it is the secular Hindus . so the minorities should work with them to keep India secular and peaceful. Making communal religious parties and disassociating from the majority will destroy the social and secular fabric of India.

in cvc scam govt is technically wrong but mr.thomas is one of the honest civil servants of india..he is a victim of long (20 years or so ) judicial process which destroyed his career.
