The video features a Chinese actor in costume mimicking an Indian accent

Chinese state media has released a propaganda video that lambasts India over a border dispute, sparking accusations of racism.

The English-language clip, which accuses India of committing "sins", features a Chinese actor in a turban, mockingly speaking in an Indian accent.

Xinhua published the clip on Wednesday which is from a chat show discussing the ongoing Doklam stand-off.

It has been met with both bewilderment and anger in India.

What happens in the clip?
Titled "7 Sins of India", the video stars female presenter, Dier Wang, who lists out China's grievances against India in the ongoing border dispute in the Doklam area, which borders China, India and Bhutan.

It is the latest episode of an online series called The Spark, an English-language online chat show recently launched by Xinhua.

Speaking in an amused yet indignant tone, she accuses India of "trampling international law" and "inventing various excuses to whitewash its illegal moves".

Good. let these chinese make stupid mistakes after mistakes in international forums. Let this be internationalized. Let them see who broke the status quo first. It was chinese unilateral move against the 2013 agreement. First they didnt obey the ICJ ruling on international water and now they are behaving as a stubborn child....What a twat behavior towards Sikh minorities of India.

Really? That counts as a warning? OK, then, just make sure when the time comes you are not surprised. Like in 1962, Chinese gave you warnings for 3 freaking long years, and when real thing came, you started crying fault "we are not ready to fight". Loser! :partay:

yeah we will see, you will be giving warnings for the foreseeable future and do jack all!

And when and if you do decide to do something we will be ready, till then keep resorting to stone pelting...

Since you guys like to count number of warnings as victory, I may as well give you one more: From now on, along 2000 km LOC, we will kick you butts at the time of our choice on the place of our choice. Be Ready this time! Happy now? :cheesy:

.
I did not find this too be racist and I'm a Sikh. It is for domestic consumption for sure as it only shows the Chinese point of view, in fairness, Chinese govt may or may not be behind this.
