The video shows someone is distributing food in Pakistan, who knows who they are? Do they represent a Chinese company or just charity groups themselves? They are doing that in Pakistan soil, so if they are trying to get Pakistanis sick as you claimed, they are already committing a big crime, Pakistani police should arrest them on the spot, you can expect Chinese police to go to Pakistan to do this job.
