As I write before India can make those Bricks on its own. I think you know that even Russia can make those bricks but Chinese bricks were selected to reduce cost and NOT cuz of better quality

So you're saying that India made bricks are not competitive? I really doub it, because for national security, any nation will buy their own made brick at all cost, unless there is some untold story about Indians made bricks.

defence industry is nothing like commercial industry, the latter is driven by profitability,
so either Russian treated Indian as some kind of retards not trying best to re-fit that AC with that ridiculous money
or Russian have no clue how to built a modern AC (as all the Soviet ACs were built in ukraine)

Russians undoubtly get the cheapest brick possible that they perceived will do the job. Unfortunately, things didn't go well. It will be India that get screw over as Russia will not hand the carrier over unless India pay more. And India will need to fork over more money or will lose any money invested in the project. I wonder what India should do if Russians say 1 billion dollars or you lose it all.

That is not a complete true statement. They also have some quality roduct. But you get what you pay for, in most cases. In this case, India is paying more after Russa skim on quality. Inda got screw by Russia again.

Indian Carrier Vikramaditya decides to go with asbestos cardboard to replace defective firebricks

"The malfunctioning of the boilers that occurred during high-speed tests will not require their replacement or removal from the vessel. The problem has been pinned down to insulation lining that is placed between the boiler steel casing and ceramic firebricks. Traditional asbestos lining was not used at the request of Indian specialists and replacement material developed slight deformation when the boilers were run at full power, causing some firebricks to fall out. The Indian side has now agreed to the use of asbestos cardboard."

Like I said on my previous post the problem was not with the bricks but rather the linings, which normally use asbestos, that over heated and caused the bricks (Chinese) to fall out. The company that services the carrier owes an apology to the Chinese firebrick manufacturer.

You're absolutely correct! In order to produce the best sh!t you have to manufacture them in the open air environment out door. It seems you have some good technical knowledge in this area so is it safe to say you're experienced in this field?
