As I said, there are at most 2 or 3 thousand Chinese. Sydney Superdome have a capacity of 21,000 seat. And there are 12000 attendee on that game.

If your shooting is damm good and u can consistently shoot 3 pointer from half court. There is no need to emphasize on defence and dunking.

The reason why US men's team can't dominate basketball is becos European team are very good in shooting.

Shooting is important, NOT THAT important. The problem is a very good perimeter shooter can at most hit 50% of their bucket. And that is pretty damn good. Even 3 points shooter Steph Curry can only get .428, and that is pretty damn good, I can't think of anyone that can do that in regular game.

If you shoot .428, which mean you miss 6 every 10 shots you made, say if you have 5 people having the same percentage, you can probably made 50 procession for 40 minutes (40 minutes x 60 seconds/24 second shot clock/ 2 teams), which mean you will made 20 3 pointers, And the trade-off is you will lose the Paint. Considering 2PT FG are usually in high 70s, you are talking about 70 or 75 points, which mean you still loses.

3-pt are good at drawing defender out so you have option to either shoot outside perimeter or cut inside, that in turn increases ball movement, and you defeat your defender that way.

What US did very good is the in/outside cut, not perimeter shooting. On the other hand, since NBA encourage showmanship instead of team play, NBA player don't do much ball movement, that's what the Euro player good at. Not outs side shot.

If you are so keen to support your national team and you supported the women, that's kind of desperate, call me bigot, I don't care, I just don't find Women basketball interesting.

And you know why the final is on a Saturday instead of usual Sunday? Because tomorrow is the NRL grand final, which is something I am going to watch, but that just mean women basketball is not something to watch here, they didn't even advertise it on TV. NRL is National Rugby League, a rugby tournament here in Australia

NRL grand final is the Playoff of the first 8 team on each NRL season. This season is Paramatta Eels and NRL Champions Penrith Panthers. This is going to be held tomorrow in Sydney Stadium in Olympic Part.
