I said China still consider to buy Su-35 at this moment, that means J-31, J-20 is not reliable for them to mass produce. At least for next 5 years.
Or China want something from Su-35 to finish J-31, J-20

SU35 is 4th generation a/c with older radar, what make you think it will become formidable againts china's opponent a/c like F-35, PAKFA, F-22, KFX, F3? Especially the rumour mention only small number of su35 - no chance it will be china backbone a/c.

The most logical reason why there is such negotiation with Russia about SU35 buying possibility since long time ago is because China need a massive number of engines from Russia as the "Plan B" .... in case ....WS10 project is not fruitful.

But you see, there is sign of ws10 success, thats why china may not continue with su35 deal

Wanna see WS-10A ? there r in PLAAF J-11B fighters now ... sure also will on J-10B fighters, that's not a problem. About FC-31 and J-20 they r waiting for WS-13 and WS-15 ... WS-10A for J-11B and J-10B fighters not on them.

no matter which gen, ... you could help to compare Vietnam Mig-17 and USAF F-4.

And, do you know how many US aircrafts were shot down during Vietnam War? And how many from Vietnam?

AS I know USA has the long list of most modern aircrafts down in Vietnam War.

Under development ... no on aircraft pic yet. According to offical news i ever read if everything is fine, it will out after J-20 mass production near 2018~2020.
