Did you bother to look it up ? What source they are quoting ? The same ! How credible does this news become ? ZERO !
Now , are you expanding your " hacking information " theory to include all Chinese built hardware ? Can you prove what else the blue prints were stolen for ? And even if were , what difference are they going to make ? Countries have used spies since the WWII to steal other's tech , think the Yanks and the Russians are clean ?
Did i deny that the others didn't have it for 50 years ? If they still have it , then it might be useful for them right ? Same is true for Beijing or do you have selective biased views ?
Better to get it done , instead of whining about other's achievements , huh ?
Possibly , I understand it more better than you not to consider only " structural design " as the conclusive prove of two things being exactly the same ... Genius " design " means to make the plan which can be anything of an aircraft in this case ! That too I have to explain ...
Strategic bombers are the first to target what ? The fighter aircraft ? Do you have any idea what you are talking about ? What was true for WWII scenario , remains true today too because the bomber was to be detected and brought down by fighters ... Enlighten me , what would be the use of fighters if you could go to the enemy territory and bomb the hell out of it ?
Just bring down all forward air bases and fighters on ground ... No opposition ! But this isn't the case of course , air superiority/fihter/multi role aircraft have to accompany bombers so they can conduct their mission whilst the escort takes care of enemy opposition in the air ... Beyond your level , is it ? ... I never said that it isn't , just that your absurd logic that development of SAM's has rendered bombers useless , so even the other aircraft would be useless since they are vulnerable too ?
You think some AC's left for 8 year is rusting old crap ? Are you telling me that PLAAN cant refit/remove-corrosion/modernize it ? As if it wasn't enough that you have some 50 years old INS Viraat ... Even your new Gorshkov was rusting for the same 8 years ! ... Dont get me the ridiculous argument that it was complete and operational since even ex-Varyag was structurally complete at the time of sale ... Need a dose of reality , I will let Wiki help you ...
The ship was laid down in 1978 at Nikolayev South (Shipyard No.444) in Ukraine, launched in 1982, and commissioned in 1987. The delay in commissioning was largely caused by software bugs in the new command and control system. The ship was renamed Admiral Gorshkov after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, as the city of Baku was now in independent Azerbaijan. Sergey Gorshkov was responsible for the expansion of the Soviet Navy during the Cold War. In 1994, following a boiler room explosion, the ship was docked for a year of repairs. Although she returned to service in 1995, she was finally withdrawn in 1996 and offered for sale. On January 20, 2004, Russia agreed to sell the Admiral Gorshkov to India, though payment details are still being worked out. On December 17, 2009, it was reported that India and Russia ended the stalemate over Gorshkov price deal by agreeing on a price of USD 2.3-billion[4][5][6]
Possibly , if you are feeling the heat , you can move on to BR where the baseless claims ridiculing other countries are appreciated and celebrated and nobody tries to refute them If you cannot make your point in a debate , sorry nobody can help you ... As far as I know , Russia has sold the same engines and electronics to China too , they are clever businessmen , they even indirectly sold us RD-93 despite massive Indian protest ... Is it watered-down ? No ! ... If you couldn't stop that sale of negligible worth ( but most important for Pakistan ) than what China had previously bought , then how do you assume that Moscow wouldn't have supplied the same to Beijing previously too as they do to you ? Are you special ?
Crap ! Tejas is a necessity/primary requirement for your AF since they need to get rid of the " flying coffins " Mig-21 which kill your pilots every week Aren't you already below the sanctioned strength of squadrons or you know better than your AF ? Just because HAL couldn't deliver it on time , they are forced to depend on upgrading the Mig29's and somehow continue to use done-with and worn-out airframed Mig-21 ! Rafale will take a very long time to delivered by France ! IAF needed Tejas to fill the gap ... Not happening , is it ?
So after being refuted , you are blatantly lying ? ... The news of IOC-2 was all over !
LCA Tejas Update: HAL in aggressive mode for IOC-2 | Defence
Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) is on a tight schedule and is racing ahead to reach the deadlines, eight LCA Tejas platforms are currently in the process of achieving the requirements of IOC-2. The Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) achieved Initial Operational Clearance (IOC-1) in January this year, the IOC-1 was a watered down version of a full IOC because the LCA did not meet the complete requirements.
Tarmak007 -- A bold blog on Indian defence: Tejas on campaign mode to complete IOC-2 missions
TheIndian Air Force (IAF) too is warming up to raise the Tejas Squadron (Flying Daggers). Express had earlier reported that the IAF wanted HAL-Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) combine to complete the closure of development phase at the end of IOC-2.
UPA's major goof up: Tejas inducted - Economic Times
In a major goof-up , the 'Report to the People' released by PM Manmohan Singh on Tuesday evening to mark UPA II's third anniversary in office lists the "induction of Light Combat Aircraft Tejas into IAF'' as a "major milestone'' in the defence arena. Competitive politics apart, the simple fact is that Tejas is still at least two years away from becoming fully operational despite being almost three decades in the making after first being sanctioned in 1983 at a cost of Rs 560 crore. But it became clear later that Tejas had only achieved partial IOC. It would have to be followed by IOC-II to certify the fighter was fully airworthy. Moreover, it would require the final operational clearance (FOC), with integration of all weapons and other systems, before it could be deemed combat-worthy . HAL and DRDO have set a December 2012 deadline for the FOC. But, sources say, Tejas will be ready for induction only towards mid-2013 at the earliest.
Prove it ... Earlier aircraft were reverse engineered/copied/license made but the same isn't true for newer ones ! How can i consider the J-8 , JH-7 , J 10 , JF 17 and J 20 "copied" ?
Every aircraft is somehow similar to another , doesn't mean they are the same !
No , go ahead if you can explain it because you cant even do that ... They have been developing systems on their own based on past RE experience ... That is your fault if you consider everything as " copied " ... And what comes after " Reverse Engineering " ? Innovation and Creation ... Complete cycle , simple !
I admire you patience to deal with brainwashed Indians, but it appears he is a bit slow of getting you have been teaching him
