Chinese economy is growing on a record from last 5 years and US economy was crumbling if I remember correctly when the US government was shut down.US ain't "The Boss" anymore.Where is that "Peace" through "Superior Firepower".Last time I saw US was negotiating with Iran on Nuclear deal.Thats not how they do stuff.Don't they usually bring "Freedom" where ever they go.Uncle SAM getting old.That was my personal opinion so I don't expect abusive reply from a US citizen unlike Indians.

Things are already looking a little shaky due to Oil market decline.....let me know about your predictions. I'd be interested in seeing how "like minded" people think and assess the situation .

I don't know what part of the country you are in, but sheet, Texas real estate market has no stopping or reduction in prices, even with Oil drama. Not exactly a buyer's market there, or in Florida for that matter in real estate.

But in securities and funds, I agree with you. I now like stable, i.e. the real estate market.
