Even in the US? Are you predicting interest rates and all going down again? That's when I'd like to pounce too. Things are already looking a little shaky due to Oil market decline.....let me know about your predictions. I'd be interested in seeing how "like minded" people think and assess the situation.
I get scared when rates go too low in the US. We know what happened once that happened before.
