Well I'm sorry if a picture-perfect geopolitical event did not materialise in these six months. But WTO disputes are big deals - they affect jobs and bottomlines and nothing lobbies US Congress and the President as much as their constituencies and corporate donors.
But do read the voting at the UNHRC, especially on Syria - India has abstained at most of these votes - (US has a 100% affirmative record, China, Russia 100% negative). Wise decision too for Syria is none of our business and best not to poke into problematic areas of others.
