Alliances are not made to be 2nd to anyone, alliances are made to be PARTNERS.

Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan, Indonesia and the six former republics would make an ideal Military Alliance with Russia and China. The 22 members of Arab League might also possibly join this Alliance.

You can count North Korea and Mongolia out, as these countries hate China to death. There are Mongolian Neo Nazis out hunting Chinese in Mongolia, and Kim Jong Eun is afraid of Chinese backstabbing them at the time of regime collapse. Burma is more comfortable with the West than with China(Hence the reform to please the West and lift the sanctions).

BTW, Mongolians dream of taking back Inner Mongolia during the chaos of the CCP's collapse in coming years and turn Beijing into a border city that it has always been throughout history.

There won't be a North Korea, because Korea will be united under Chinese rule, same goes for Outer Mongolia.
