What u believe or don't believe is ur personal inclination..i cant provide/have any proof .. lets just leave it at that. Nevertheless this is a very old practice and nothing new, so it will go on as it has , and keep promoting Indian interests ,wherever and under whatever parameter the need arises in.

The general way India mostly uses its sleepers are via tip off when there is a stimulus in the monitored zone , u could compare it to a trip wire. higher profile stuff is personally handled.
i have no idea about Raw having resident moles in its arsenal( this even in a personal capacity)..but i kno this much India gets a lot of info off its embassies lets leave it at that.

You have much love for your neighbors as well!!! Taiwan, India, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Bhutan, Indonesia etc And You didn't fought war with almost all of your neighbors in last 65 years. Pakistan, Bangladesh also have such good relations with their neighbors.

We are getting along well with them now, and we are the number 1 trading partner of most of them.

When was the last time any "violence" crossed those borders?

India is still facing cross-border violence with Pakistan, Maoist issues with Nepal, LTTE spillover with Sri Lanka, BSF killings with Bangladesh... and now you guys want to resume hostility with China too.

That will complete the circle around India.
