So RAW is going to have a meeting wid all the three forces and direct them wat should be done..

Ok first things first. RAW doesnt direct all three armed forces. it only feeds information and advises wat steps can be taken.

secondly, there not much india can do in this scenario other then doing the same. increase u r influence through overt and covert means.

thirdly, Since RAW comes under PMO, it constantly briefs PM through NSA or sometimes directly.

ok. a small correction here. MI doesnt come under cabinet secretariat. all MI/NAVAL INT/AF INT report to respective service chiefs. however they do give intelligence feed to IB/RAW/JIC.

R&AW is better than ISI in electronic surveillance but ISI more adept at human intelligence while is China very good at cyber intelligence.

No Sir.. RAW has a big big human Intelligence Network.. It's all because of RAW and a lil Bit MI that we are able to limit terrorists attacks inside India... The Downfall of Insurgency In J&K from other side of the border is all because Of RAW's Human Intelligence Network... Same goes For HUJI... The only thing is that RAW is kept in low profile whereas ISI show's off much often..

@swati- RAW has got good network in J&K but not in Pakistan. our humint capabilities was fooolishly surrendered by our PM I K gujral in mid 90s in hope that pakistan will do the same.

while RAW has played sterling role in combating militancy but it doesnt have adequate humint base in pakistan.

well u r statement is partially true.

our capabilities in TECHINT is better then ISI but our HUMINT is lacking sorely because we dismantled our human assets in pakistan in mid 90s. not much in known abt chinese foreign intelligence.
