China leads resistance to India joining NSG, unless Pakistan is also included

.
Ok,i get China and Turkiye opposing India's entry but why are Ireland,South-Africa and Australia against it?

. .
India inclusion is not such a big deal, what matters is it shows how good we are doing on diplomatic front. If we are able to gather 90% acceptance and then it clearly shows that world doesnt care about Pakistan.

So entire game of gaining NSG support is to show the world who are along with India :)
"Look at me i have 90% acceptance"----------Clever fox ehh, when can't have grapes turn the futile efforts into something else . Ahh the things people do to find solace in pain

don't no about them.. but reports are coming that Turkey is softening its stance on Indian membership??

.
Ohh but the world does which is why double standards of countries like US are exposed and not everybody is willing to join the US India Bandwagon against China. A case in point the above mentioned countries, China, Turkey, South Africa, Ireland and Australia.

Let see who gets exposed or who is realizing the realignments.

Great wall of china was not built in one day nor was Taj Mahal.
Only who have developed or built something knows that there are 100 steps to fall in between 0 to 100, but I know some people for whom tests never fail, every launch is succesfull for them, unfortunately we are not like that, we test, we fail, we rise and grow ahead.

That's one philosophical way of putting things, sadly its not applicable to the situation at hand. India is desperate for NSG membership and that's the fact. If India wanted friends UN would have sufficed, didn't have to apply at NSG. It's not the Indian endeavors that amused me it's your "subjective twist" of the situation which prompted me to give a response. Anyways it was only humor, i am least concerned with India and it's affairs.

It is the world dual standards for muslim and non muslim countries and China is doing the best to make the world realize that all countries are the same. Well done China

Two Years ago Who would have thought of such a Transformation of India's image at International Forums

Chaiwala Zindabad

Didn't India get a unanimous NSG waiver in 2008 for the nuclear deal? While Modi's efforts are commendable, I wouldn't say it is a sudden transformation, rather a continuous process.

Never knew China was never a member of MTCR..... time to get some ICBM tech from China under ToT...... this will surely get Pakistan into NSG and MTCR in ONE go. :D

China gave DF-3 and DF-21 to KSA and the MTCR squad didn't do a thing :agree:.

Actually China has been trying to get into MTCR for a long time. So I would not be surprised if they use it as a bargaining chip. MTCR for them and NSG for us, win-win for everyone (except Pak) :D

To KSA nothing, to China plenty. China's request to join MTCR was rejected, because of missile proliferation record.

In year 2000, China voluntarily agreed to adhere to MTCR regulations, without being made a member of it.

I guess 16 years later China would be glad for not joining the MTCR.
