What sort of source?If you mean the Chinese media then it probably would be in Mandarin, other than that Its there all over the International media. China has made its stance clear in the NSG pre plenary session which took place on the 9th of June 2016........Now i am not certain if the NSG has released the draft of the proceedings.

Well I guess I did mention Common Indian Civilians but not politicians and people in the govt. nor some political goons who end up saying they want to break Pakistan into 40 pieces for their own political goodwill. In that case, I can quote you lots of cases where many Pakistanis give anit-India speeches publicly

Sir the difference is that who is sayying. If Modi is saying such a stuff against Pakistan that really means something since he is very popular in India so what he says has the support of India people especially the Hindus and fanatic Hindus. But not a single main stream politician in Pakistan has said anything like that. If I'm wrong, show me the evidence....just your words are not enough.

I don't understand why India and Pakistan both can't progress. It is not a one upmanship game. India has earned its spurs by not proliferating nuclear technology to rogue states like North Korea. Pakistan hasn't ticked that box. In due course, Pakistan too should be admitted. Cheap and renewable energy should be made available to all citizens of both countries.

VIENNA: Nuclear Supplier Group meeting has started in Vienna.

The issue of Indian inclusion in the group came under consideration in the meeting.

China openly opposed Indian inclusion in the Nuclear Supplier Group and made it conditional with the inclusion of Pakistan in the NSG Group.

China said that if India had to be included in the group then Pakistan should also be included in the group otherwise China will oppose the unilateral inclusion of India in the NSG.

As per the Indian media reports other than China, Turkey, Ireland, Australia and South Africa also opposed Indian inclusion in the NSG group.

It is pertinent to mention here that United States Secretary of the State John Kerry had written a letter to the NSG members urging them to include India in the NSG.

However with China standing tall against the Indian aspirations along with Turkey and other above mentioned countries India will not be able to get the membership of the NSG.

The consent of all NSG members is must for the inclusion of any new member into the group.
