I dont think that China is fool enough to help Pakistan with ICBM tech. It could have hazardous consequences for them as well as we know that equations in International diplomacy keep changing. And if we think, in a way Pak has the whole of India under its strike range and hence the Chinese have taken care of that already through its proxy. But what demains to be seen is whether they are aiming the US and would be dsperate enough to do this through Pakistan and keep the US out of the region. They would not go into a direct confrontation with the US themself as they have much to loose hence they are looking at Pak for this as Pak has already lost much.

Chinese are way smarter than you Indians. Look at their progress since 1949. They started their journey virtually with zero infrastructure and totally untrained population. Indians, on other hand, inherited vast educational, communications, and industrial infrastructure in 1947 from British rule plus a lead time of two years. Now look at the current strength of China and pity state of India. One is the biggest economic power while the other has the biggest pool of poor living below sub-Saharan poverty line. China has huge influence at regional and global level, and look at pessimist Indians, everyone hates them in their own neighborhood. Look at these fools trying to teach wisdom to Chinese. Your first lie is that India has ICBM. No, India is trying to develop it. Testing a missile for a few hundred KMs doesn't make it an ICBM. Second, Pakistan needs ICBM even if India doesn't have or need it. We need a missile that can be fired from the farthest corner in Pakistan while targeting the farthest corner in enemy country India plus some extra range. That requires at least 6000KM range. Hence, the ICBM.

What the US is doing is quite natural for the US but what China is doing is endangering her future. China has problem prioritizing what should be done now and what should be done later. For China South China Sea is the wrong priority at the moment because China has a far weaker navy compared to the US navy. The US is luring China into the South China Sea with the help of india and Vietnam. Somehow if a conflict breaks out the US will use it as an alibi to severely weaken the Chinese navy.

A top United States (US) lawmaker has alleged that China was helping Pakistan with intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and claimed that it was also engaged in bullying its neighbours in Asia.

“They (China) are thieves. They steal our intellectual property. Cyber attacks, I believe they’re responsible for those, they’re bullying Asia, trying to make new sovereign territory in the South China Sea and then claim the area around it,” Congressman Ted Poe alleged during a Congressional hearing on Asia on Thursday. “They’re helping Pakistan with ICBMs, and then you get to human rights, they’re the worst offender I think in the world,” he alleged.

“They persecute Christians and other religious minorities, and then they have this practice of putting people they don’t like, like the Falun Gong, in prison and charging them with trumped-up political crimes and then harvesting their body organs and sell those on the marketplace,” he said. “That’s probably the worst type of crime in the world, in my opinion,” Poe said during a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on Challenges and Opportunities in Asia.

Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken testified before the committee but did not respond to the allegation of Poe that China is helping Pakistan with intercontinental ballistic missile. Earlier this week Poe and Congressman Mike Rogers in a letter to US Secretary of State, John Kerry, Defence Secretary Ashton Carter and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper sought more information on report that China has enabled a Pakistani nuclear missile capability.

Rogers is Chairman of the Subcommittee on Strategic Forces and Ted Poe is Chairman of Subcommittee on Terrorism, Non-proliferation and Trade. In their letter Rogers and Poe referred to a recent research by well know Chinese military technology expert Richard Fisher who has noted the design similarities between the Shaheen III TEL (transporter erector launcher), the Sanjiang Special Vehicle Corporation of the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC) WS51200 TEL, and a Chinese provided TEL North Korea’s new KN-08 intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

This led Fisher to conclude, “CASIC has again enabled a Pakistani nuclear missile capability,” the two lawmakers wrote in their letter to Kerry, Carter and Clapper. “We are deeply concerned that the TEL displayed in Pakistan was acquired from China,” Rogers and Poe said in the two-page letter.

Its not like Pak nukes havent covered the entire geographical expanse of India and ICBM would pose any new threat. A third world country like India can never become a UNSC member and China will ensure that never happens. your leadership has never tried to confront China directly after the beating of 62 and can only antagonise it via terrorism support.
