I'm a person of stats so here's some stats first ,
My state's % share of crime against women in India was 0.1%. back in 2016, now most probably 0.0% as crime against women decreased even more .
And note that our state struggles with massive immigrant problem,that commit most of the crime ,otherwise crime rate would be even lower.

My state is manipur,formerly the ancient nation of Kang-lei-pak.

I'm Meitei,We are a mongoloid race.

We don't speak or use Hindi,we speak our language -meitei-lon and use meitei script.
