I do not know whether such policy exist or not. But Chinese are moving in a large number to other countries for over a century to earn a living and settle. As a South east Asian you obviously know, how vast the Chinese diaspora in your region. On the other hand, China have very little foreigners among them despite being the largest or 2nd largest economy in the world. I have read that, it is less than a million for all the countries in the world combined. Should not Chinese, now a days be a little more accepting other people coming and living in China given their own experience?

Well, I dont think there were certain agenda in the chinese dynasties in the past to flood overseas with chinese; it was because natural disaster, famine, and pressure from past governments that push them to flee as diaspora.

Africa is also one of the most self-sufficient areas in the world if all the economy crashes they will survive in that continent. They don't anybody but the world needs Africa

China used to be self-sufficient too. If you can tolerate low living standard, every country can be self-sufficient. No big deal.

There is technology access everywhere in Africa. They are solely there for Business don't get it wrong. Access to twitter, facebook, Instagram in China you don't have that.

This is the views of a sick individual nothing to see here. You are talking about expats and traders who number 3500. The Africans don't stick around often they are in some places for a reason and than gone mostly. I would say Indians are worse guests than them who will stay for 10 generations.

I have travelled through Africa and I can tell you this they enjoy better lives in Africa than in China. There is no fire-wall and they enjoy good company. I live in a state which has seen very well what mass immigrants and foreigners can do to the indigenous.Almost 100% of rape and crime are committed by migrants in the state I belong. Immigrants brought nothing but culture destruction,rape ,crime ,slum and disorder to my people.
So ,I sympathize with each country suffering from crime and disorder brought by immigrants.

Africa is a whole continent!
Many of those Chinese are in designated jobs to build Africa.Africa is better with them than without .

Chinese and other east Asians mainly flooded the 1st world not third world nations and they contribute to the economy, follow law and order and very competent than even indigenous natives.
Other countries are almost as if lucky to have the hard-working ,law-abiding East asians with high IQ,an east asian diaspora can greatly improve economy in any country.
But the foreign migrants in East brings crime, disorder and burdens economy ,a far cry from the east Asian migrants.That's the significant difference.

African immigrants in the US, particularly Nigerian Americans, have higher educational levels and income than the average American dude.

300k is nothing disparate around chinese cities mostly small traders and expats no permanent residents who actully contribute to the chinese economy as they are responsble for the fruit shipments coming into China mostly and other food items and copper. There are more Indian organized crime across Europe and North America and in the middle east than Africans and there are more Indians overseas than the entire of african continent overseas numbers perhaps even double as much and they are the types who have been there for centuries and generations upon generations and the once causing issues unlike the Africans who are rarely permanent residents in Asian countries they come and go on a specific timeline which is essentially no issue migrants.

Rape and crime? India is the capital of Rape in itself. No more rape takes place in the world than in India and the strange thing in India is that you have proud rapists who are saying publically on TV that it was the girls fault normalizing rape.

I just find it strange that of all people these accusations were coming from an Indian of all people which makes it ironic claims and blaffling.

I think he's a Northeasterner, they are more related to the Burmese ethnic groups and not Dravidian/Indo Euro like the rest of India.

Not really sure exactly but I think he's alluding to the perception that because Bengalis are bringing crime to his state, that xenophobic policies and attitudes are in fact warranted.

He said they live in slums alluding pretty much to the majority of India but I also don't understand what expats in China has to do with bengals who are majority local to India. You will find more bengals in India than in their own country

I think he was just using his state's unpleasant experiences with outsiders as an example to justify Chinese xenophobia.
