You can try to translate it with google translator.

The english translation has yet to come as english version of Chinese goverment sites are still showing Aug 18th as the latest. From the rough google translation it appears here is what she is saying :
"We denounce India's aggressive acts against Chinese patrol team near Badong lake. Chinese Army always strives to maintain peace in the region. We ask India to faithfully follow 1959 LAC and abide by the relevant agreements and treaties."
Which is for all purposes what she said on 17th or 18th.

"
Q: According to reports, yesterday in the Ladakh section of the China-India border, there was fighting with stones between the Chinese and Indian troops. Can you give us an account of what happened from the Chinese perspective? Has China talked to India on the current situation and how to lower tensions there?
A: I am not aware of the details you mentioned. The Chinese border troops have always been committed to upholding the peace and tranquility in the China-India border areas and patrolling in the Chinese side of the Line of Actual Control.
The Chinese side urges the Indian side to abide by the relevant agreements and treaties between the two sides, faithfully follow the 1959 LAC and safeguard peace and stability in the border areas of the two countries."
Now coming to the post which our esteem moron Fake Chinese
@Feng Long made today,
- "China will push India to 1959 LAC which is just few kilometers away from Delhi".
Does he even know what Chinese Diplomat was referring to?
1959 LAC between India and China comes --at least from the Chinese side of understanding -- from an exchange / Letter written by Premier Chou En-Lai on Nov 7th 1959. The maps accompanying that showed what was 1959 LAC according to Chinese understanding.
You can find the Letters here:

The maps which Chinese produced are here :-
This is the agreement and the LAC to which the Diplomat was was referring to. You can even see the Pongoung Lake where this incidence happened.
A. Now tell me How the hell is this LAC just few kilometers away from Delhi?
B. How is the Diplomats position and statement on LAC different from 17th/18th?
Mr. Broken Dong is either a Chinese grade student or most probably a Bangladeshi troll.
