China 'committed' to develop military ties with India

We should do all we can as Indians to help China. We have always considered China our little brother and helped them in their initial years in the UN - if we can help China today, we should not balk - their people need guidance of how an Asian country can be democratic too with a free press and with people allowed to air view - who better than India to help China take baby steps to unleash its potential? I wish China all the best.

No on the contrary both India and China are on the same page regarding Tibet.

Sure, stapled visas, claims on Arunachal Pradesh, and Chinese troops in Kashmir.

I am glad that you prefer to look at the "words" of politicians, rather than the "actions".

Makes it so much easier.

Actually you could cut back on the stapled visa thingy to keep upto date in current affairs.

And yes I see that you guys have still not answered the question - Has any activity of the Tibetans been traced back to India or has the CPC even remotely blamed India for anything (let alone, it is actually praising India for its stand on Tibet) ?

Basically Chinese e-warriors are blowing hot and cold over a practically non-existent issue. Also I have more reasons to believe one Mr. Wen than a Net Dragon from Hong Kong.:coffee:

I am glad that you believe them. :D

For the price of a few staples or a few kind words... we get so many export contracts, and a pledge to increase trade to 100 billion.

.
BTW 'Knowledgeable' people tell me one thing - Is it a Separatist movement when the head of the Separatist himself has said this is NOT a separatist movement and has accepted Tibet as a part of China ?

I really dont understand the Chinese and what they want.

Yeah I pray you somehow get to know that through those exports the economy of India also grows.

Thats a positive step considering the present political situation.
Terrorism is the no. 1 priority and to combat it we have to forget the past differences.
As the proverb goes " My enemy's enemy is my friend"
Hope this positive steps goes in the right path!!:yahoo:

My question again - Has the Chinese Govt ever claimed, even once, that India is behind any of the activity of Tibetans on its soil ?

Has any one of the activity, bomb blast, riot that occured in China been traced back to India ?

If the above answers are no, I dont see any rationale in your arguments.

ps.: What happened in Tibet in 2008 or 3008 is none of our concern as long as our involvement is not there. It is your internal matter and you sort it out in any way suitable for you.

What a willfully blind and deceptive reply. If you truly believe India is not meddling in China's affairs by hosting Tibetan rebels, you should critize your fellows on PDF who talks about playing the Tibet card against China.

Your attempt to cover up India's inteference in China's affair is laughable.

^there's no cure for paranoia/insecurity. That's one thing you definitely share with your all weather friend
