Iran has put them in refugee camps for last 40 years! They are all given ID cards, are allowed to work as laborers and are supervised. In the evening, after work they must report back to refugee camps.

This has been their condition of stay in Iran. Any trouble from them, Iran deports them right away.

yeah, Iran has been very strict with Afghani's. They caused a lot of crime, social violence etc type problems early on in the 80's, but were dealt very harshly by Iran gubment. Now, they are strictly monitored and confined to camps. The one's who fight in Iran's foreign legions are awarded Iranian citizenship.

Iran will have to manage them once the decision is made by Russia/ China/ Iran to evict the U.S from Afghanistan. So we might have to wait until this Yemen end game, so Iran frees up some resources to divert east.
