With the current system its almost Impossible
India needs a revolution

Actually, people of India would do better if India is like how it was before British invasion. It was consist of many kingdoms and states and Indian people can benefit from the fragmentation of India and the government that control smaller areas would have more credibility. In the future, these small states can choose to join together in the union when they are mature enough.

Can India become a super power? Nope! Not with the present political system and politicians. There is a complete lack of governance. It's an edifice of corruption and greed from top to bottom. The corrupt politicians care two hoots for the country. For them it's a family business with just one aim -to fill their pockets with the moolah while the Sun shines.

There needs to be a complete systemic change, which is easier said than done and thus India will remain a third world country well into the foreseeable future. These dreams of becoming a 'super power' is complete nonsense! Let's get real.

lol it sounds easy copy and pasting words you feel comfortable with.

Don't worry i'll make sure you read the details and most of other points... :police:

''Indian space research is dependent upon import and use of foreign technology. The engines used and designed by Indian space research organizations donot have much Indian equipments or designs.''

and

''Even India has very less capacity to create good military software.''

and

''If others economies do not perform well,India cannot sustain on it’s own.''

and

The missiles and so called aircraft engines developed by India is developed on the basis of Engines and control systems imported from outside.'

and

''Indian mindset to offer unilateral concessions to others just on the basis of money or morality does not generate respect as a whole.''

and

''In case of energy security India has no significant domestic production of oil and natural gas.''

I know you're trolling, but no it cant. Those kingdoms always fought each other and someone from the outside would come and pick them off one by one.

If India can solve its government problems, than India deserve to be ahead of everyone. This is something that also plague the US.

This is the post WWII pax Americana. No one would invade another country now if its the responsibility of the invader to flip the bill. To do otherwise would be throw out like Saddam Hussein with Iraq. But no fear, no one is going to invade India states.

Yes, it's a failure. When Pakistan actually gets up and tries they will know what failure is too.

That idea is beyond retarded. No states in India have problems with one another now. Causing them to split will allow them to find problems with one another like before.

India was the strongest when it was mostly united.

1. Arjun tank = Arjun tank technologies are not totally Indian, we have discussed many times that how Israel is helping with technologies (like other military weapons)

2. Brahmos is joined project not totally indian project. To be super power you need to make something like that by yourself not in joint project.

that is my whole points. again i did not say india will not be super power, i said india need time like 40-50 years.
@gslv mk3 here

So you only saw two projects? How many nations can build a supersonic cruise missile dude?

A 1000 km range supersonic cruise missile is being developed by DRDO,testflight would be on 2014
We are also developing scramjet technology

And even US Abrams tank contain foreign components, boeing superhornet contain HAL made parts...heard of globalisation??
