Can anyone explain what happened in Karachi beach?

People with no ability to Swim should not go into open Sea without safety equipment.

Ignorant people don't consider the consequences before entering the sea.

It is not the Government's job to " BABYSIT STUPID PEOPLE ".

People do enter to the sea without knowing how to swim???...
well......... now i start to understand why number of fatalities were so high

in Karachi especially to celebrate any special occasion in Summers, ppl normally go to beach side in crowds...you can say one of the most visited places there is this...

because it was Eid hence the number and crowd!

I know, even in eid or any other celebration Our beaches also will be crowded, But if some one get in trouble, then immediately other get alerted and keep themselves away... Here normally the causality increases, when some one try to save the victim and also get drowned....

nope bro its picnic spot and thousands went there every week no one die waes were too high

imran bhai if 36 bodies have been found then at least number would be twice and that kind of tragedy cannot happen in natural circumstances it has some toxic angle im sure about it maybe scanning of all those who went to beach that day might solve the problem

this many people dont even die deu to high- very very high monsoon waves anywhere in the world

but they bodies were recovered from the sea.... wouldnt toxic water make effect some time later???

well amybe the level of toxic material was already there but athourities ignoared it

so many people can onli die if they are unable to save themselfs and that just might be deu to poisning or something maybe radiation also

yes ppl here enter every other place without having zero knowledge about it and without caring about the consequences lol...but this was such an unfortunate incident on Eid Day! so many ppl died! RIP!

its monsoon season, hot and humid. the seas are rough. people did not heed the advice of the few lifesavers on the beach and the seaview beach was overcrowded, and we know what happened. only the people are to be blamed for this tradegy.

bhai karachi has 2 crorre official and 3 crorre unofficial population massive public went to beaches at holidays.

Even then..... Such sad incident....... They went to celebrate and ......... Hope authorities take serious measure to avoid something like this in future.....

Most people in Pakistan who go to the beaches don't know how to Swim.

The young ones try to show off by going into water at Chest level not fully realizing the power of receding waves and when they are pulled into the sea by receding waves they drown. If you notice most of these people who drown are between the ages of 12 to 35. The younger ones are too scared and the older ones know better.

Most drownings take place in Pakistan this way.
