Burqa - A Security Challenge?

Well .. probably not .. Its just something we can ask for forgiveness. Lets throw out more people from the religion for not praying. Also God has stated that he will forgive any transgressions made against him, but will never forget any injustice done towards a fellow human being be it man or "woman".

these are not my words. and i am not throwing any one out of islam. a muslim is he who listens and obeys.

now again i am quoting Quran and hadith read it carefully before commenting.

"Then there has succeeded them a posterity who have given up prayers and have followed lusts. So they will be thrown in Hell." [Maryam:59]

“Between a man and shirk and kufr there stands his neglect of the prayer.”

I listened and read that a man who knowingly abandon (Qaza) his one prayer is out of islams.
if you will ask me i will put hadiths here. untill now i am not quoting Quran and Hadith.
if a muslim kill any one he is not out of islam but knowngly without any sharai problem he abandoned his pray he is out of islam. and you are telling us Prayer is small part of islam.

The answer to your question lies in taking the Burqa to what it is.. a piece of cloth..
And when you do take it as a piece of cloth.. any woman.. wearing a Burqa.. or just a chadar covering her body with her hair open is still a security threat.. a woman wearing a jeans and jacket but with a niqab is a security threat.. because her identity is suspect in TODAY'S EXTRAORDINARY TIMES.
At this point.. the sanctity of a woman being lost for a few minutes is worth saving a hundred lives.

Situation in Pakistan is different but any other country where burqa was used as security threat.. any example in France, Britain, america, India where burqa was used to commit the act of terrorism. Secondly its not about piece of clothes but its about your civil rights and life is simply not worth living in the absence of those rights.

How is the phrase “National Security” defined and how far will the government go to enforce it?. The word “security” means freedom from danger but this is nearly impossible to attain because even walking across the street poses as a threat to danger. Peoples will truly safe only if government knew everything about everyone at all times, perhaps even their thoughts. Every man and woman would have to be monitored at all times to ensure they are not a terrorist

sure but their imaan is weak if they don't follow obligatory teachings of Islam as salah is one of the five pillars of islam

Well, even i'm against Burqa because there have been many cases when Terrorist scums would dress in Burqas and blow up hospitals, checkpoints, and schools. Hijab is fine but Burqa is a security challenge.

i said killing a person does not committing kufr but no doubt it is very big sin. but not kufr .and leaving Salah or prayer without any sharai problem. is commuting kufr.

I guess the only differnce betwen her and women who wear burqa is visible face but obviously face cannot use to hide anything
