we need to develop a ICBM as soon as possible

US dont have guts to Attack north korea because of the north korean missile range which can reach north USA

or atleast a nuclear submarine on lease from china very soon

I think USA does not attack North Korea because the worse thing that you can do to North Korea is to let their current leadership remain in power...

Would never like it but nothing could be said afterall its pakistan. Its hard to believe that pakistan will surrender all its nuke without testing it on India. Afterall they have paid huge for them.

And this is exactly the mindset that has landed Pakistan in the situation it is in now. The whole obsession with India.. I mean if a lot of Pakistanis did not consider Mr Osama Bin Laden and Likes of him as a hedge against India's superior numbers and size, they would have rather been glad for th American choppers that came and rid them of this scourge. Just like they were glad for these choppers helping them during the flood. It is this sub conscious affinity towards the insurgents and terrorists as they present a balancing force (in their view) against India that has led to this image of Pakistan in the international arena

Dude...do you think we have nothing better to do than fire nukes at India.
If someone says this thing in India about Pakistan, does it mean he represents all of India?
Just one comment from an online account and you assume this is the view of majority in Pakistan?
India and Pakistan will be absolutely desperate if they fight a war and go nuclear...it is like setting fire to your neighbors house and then hoping you will not catch fire.
