RULES OF HOUSE? where? can you state the article from the constitution where it is written that this hindu religious song should be played at the end of the session in Indian parliament and that anybody who walked away during airing or singing of this song is liable to be warned ?

That's a unwritten law and a respect that every indian should give to national song. if they want religion and not a nation means why they want to stay here. And i know the main reason for these things are that ba$tard congress and vote bank regional parties and stupid indians.

Muslims didn't participated in the Indian freedom movement? Besides the names already mentioned - have you heard of Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan or Major General Shah Nawaz Khan?

Laws are always written.

unwritten is only religious sentiments in many cases.

If you want to run a secular parliament then you have to do it under written constitution not based on religious sentimental songs which are NOT part of the parliament's proceedings

I guess he is referring to the second phase of the independence movement. Anyhow - he is entitled to his views and he has a right to them.
It is also a cultural thing - in India people grow up respecting national symbols, songs and heritage and India is not the only country which has people on either end of the spectrum.
Take flag desecration for example -
1. In India - till recently private citizens could not even hoist their flag. Desecration is not allowed.
2. In USA - Americans have a right to burn their flag even if it offends the majority of Americans because it is protected under free speech.
3. In Denmark - you can burn the Danish flag but not the flag of other countries - must be the only country with such a law.

well you cant compare a flag that is representation of all communities or in some cases representation of Majority Community/ies with a song that is said to be representation of one faith or god.

Indeed cultural things are respected no issue with that BUT Parliament is NOT a place to impose culture of one community over all UNLESS its written in the constitution.

Your speaker of the national assembly is at fault and acted against constitution and secularism
