Bhagyanagar was not named after bhagmati, it was named after goddess Bhagya Lakshmi, The same temple which is present in Charminar STRUCTURE ,the legend is built around it.The story of Goddess Lakshmi wanting to move away from Hyderabad etc.
Not some Imaginary Hindu queen.The wikipedia article you provided itself says Bhagmati was a Myth produced by some people.
